Now in its sixth year the Pinnacle Awards are WA’s most reputable business awards. There are many benefits of entering your organisation in one or more of the eight award categories.

Each category winner will receive leadership and management training to the value of $20,000 to give to a charity of the winner’s choice to give back to the community. Join previous winners as accolades of business excellence and enjoy many benefits:

  • Enhance your brand through the extensive media coverage associated with the Awards.
  • Have your work reviewed by a high quality panel of experienced industry representatives.
  • Gain community endorsement of your organisation’s achievements.
  • Support and recognise the efforts of your staff.
  • Signal to existing and potential clients the outstanding work you deliver.
  • Compete on par with organisations across different sizes, industries and sectors.

Winning the Emerging Business Excellence category validates us as a business, and reassures those who’ve supported us as a charity. The NFP challenge is to be commercially smart while retaining the charitable heart. At the end of the day, as a charity, you help no-one if you can’t run a viable business.

The Award helps us to create a narrative around our core values, one of which is aspiring to brilliance. Credibility is hard currency in our field and we want people to know that excellence permeates all of our work, not just the work we do out in the field in communities and schools.
