  • Have your work reviewed by a high quality panel of experienced industry representatives.
  • Gain community endorsement of your organisation’s achievements.
  • Support and recognise the efforts of your staff.
  • Signal to existing and potential clients the outstanding work you deliver.
  • Compete on par with organisations across different sizes, industries and sectors.

It was a privilege to receive the 2017 AIM WA WestBusiness Pinnacle Award for Workplace Diversity Excellence on behalf of Bankwest.

Our submission showcased the diverse and extensive initiatives at Bankwest including improvements in gender equity; support for action against domestic violence; flexible working arrangements; LGBTI inclusion; and grassroots initiatives like Women in IT and our internship program for people with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

We commend the AIM WA WestBusiness Pinnacle Awards for their commitment to recognising and celebrating the achievements of WA organisations.
