Horizon Power was thrilled to receive the Human Resource Management Excellence Award in 2017 on behalf of the team who dedicated seven years to developing and coordinating our Remote Community Utilities Worker (RCUW) training program.

This award was great recognition of a unique program which improves lives in some of Western Australia’s most remote communities through the creation of jobs and improving the reliability of energy supply in these communities.  Drawing on the success of the program we continue to explore opportunities to expand the program and build new capabilities in the regions in which we operate.
